Steps on Adding speed dial to your proster | DCS phone system

•  Dial/press transfer 
• type 105
• Then enter the bin where you need to direct the number to be stored

           Here you can enter even 00. you should move the cursor next to the typed number,

• Enter your phone number after typing a Trunk number or 9.

          You don't have to misunderstand this step, here you have to select the communication circuit               for routing your calls by entering the digit before the phone number. I hope that is clear..

•  Press the key next to scroll [the third soft key]
• For all the numbers to be stored, you need to repeat the above procedure until it is done!

•  Enter 800, That is PGM
• You have to enter the Pass code, 4321

• NMC code for system speak dial is 705
• Enter Speed dial number. 990, that is free or you can locate the previous one by pressing the volume key
• Enter the trunk number. you can simply put number 9 
• Then, its a time to type the phone number
• Press the right key on the screen so as to enter
• Go to speak key then to the name 
• Type 990 as a speed dial number 
• Enter the number/letter then right key to enter and exit by pressing the transfer key
